Can French President Macron Tame The Railways Unions While Others Failed?

The French government has announced a reform of the national railways company SNCF in reaction to which the railway unions are considering strike action of up to a month. They have to act swiftly and decisively to push through reforms that other political leaders either failed or did not dare to do.
